First we develop and agree a detailed scope of work with the client. We schedule and attend regular meetings and circulate a contact report to record actions agreed.
We offer flexible fee options to suit clients, their projects and the value of our work to the organisation.
Consulting is based on hourly, daily or retainer fees; contract fees are flexible depending on the length of the contract.
Each monthly invoice includes a detailed activity report.
