Hadsel Grace Director Tricia Kent (nee Wunsch) has 20 years of senior corporate affairs experience in Australia and overseas. She has held executive positions at major companies in industries including telecommunications, mining, insurance, gambling and entertainment.
Tricia has developed and implemented company-wide and project-specific corporate affairs and communications strategies with key stakeholders. Her strategic skills and practical experience include:
- consultation and management of relationships with community groups, NGOs, industry associations and special interest groups;
- strategic liaison with government and regulatory bodies;
- media relations, from development of strategy and key messages to execution, including acting as or advising spokespersons;
- Internal communication;
- development and implementation of Codes of Practice and procedures for monitoring compliance and public reporting;
- corporate giving - development of strategy and policy, creation of business/community partnerships, management of sponsor relationships;
- investor communications - project management and production of annual reports, financial results releases, and annual general meetings.
Tricia holds a post-graduate certificate in journalism, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, Canada and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Tricia has recentlly joined the board of directors of Melbourne Opera.
